Jimmy’s Lawn & Landscaping LLC has been in business since 1987 and has been built on quality service. I’m looking to fill the following positions. Start Immediately. Must be local to Trumbull/Monroe area!

Individuals to work on grass cutting crews. 

$17.00 per hour for experienced operator of commercial mowers

Paid Holidays after 90 days and no unexcused days of work missed.

Needs to be able to weed-wack without scalping, yet be thorough enough not to miss anything.

Must be able to run large commercial mowers without tearing up the grass.

Must be a team player, able to think for themselves yet be able to receive and follow directions. No one stands around!

Must be at work and ready to go 5 minutes before scheduled start time. (shoes tied & anything needed for the day ready to go)

Hours Monday Thru Friday 8am to 4:30 pm (if a day is rained out during the week you will be expected to work on that Saturday)

Snow removal and firewood during winter months

Individuals to help with daily routines of the business pertaining to edging, mulching, pruning and upkeep and respect of all equipment etc.

$24.00  + per hour depending on skill level and experience, for leader / worker

Must have business background and know how to treat customers as well as fellow workers. Computer skills a plus. (This is a working position and you will be expected to produce work as you and 2 other workers move from job to job.)

Must know proper pruning techniques

Must know efficient edging and weeding techniques (chemical applicator license helpful)

Must know proper planting procedures

You need to be at work on time and get truck and all your equipment ready to go for the day.

Hours Monday thru Friday 8am to 430pm (if a day is rained out during the week you may need to work on Saturday or keep busy in the shop on the rain day.)

Snow removal as well as equipment maintenance during winter months

Good pay and Pension fund available (Attitude is key)
